By accessing or using the services of Re:Invent Health NYC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. General Terms
Scope of Services
Re:Invent Health NYC provides wellness, medical, aesthetic, and rejuvenation services, including consultations, treatments, and follow-up care, in accordance with New York State laws and regulations.

Eligibility
Services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older. Minors may receive services only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian, as required under New York law.

Appointment Policies
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, except where prohibited by law.

Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. Insurance claims may be submitted as a courtesy; however, patients are responsible for charges not covered by insurance.

Patients agree to provide accurate and complete personal and medical information and to comply with recommended treatment plans.

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS communications from Re:Invent Health NYC for healthcare-related and informational purposes.

Message frequency varies, typically 1–3 messages per month unless additional communication is required.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Re:Invent Health NYC is not responsible for carrier charges.

3. Medical & Legal Disclaimers
All content provided by Re:Invent Health NYC—including website materials, SMS communications, and marketing content—is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Medical services are provided only after appropriate consultation and informed consent, in accordance with New York State medical practice laws.
Re:Invent Health NYC is not liable for damages resulting from missed appointments, SMS delivery failures, or unauthorized data access unless caused by our negligence.

4. New York Consumer Rights Notice

Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided under New York General Business Law, Public Health Law, or applicable consumer protection statutes.
