Cancellation Policy
At Re:Invent Health NYC, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional care to every patient. To ensure availability and fairness to all clients, the following Cancellation Policy applies.

Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are reserved specifically for you and must be scheduled in advance. We kindly ask that you arrive on time to allow your provider to deliver the highest level of care.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy
• Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.
• No-show appointments may result in a fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service or a predetermined no-show fee.

Late Arrivals
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling to accommodate other patients.
• Late arrivals may receive a shortened service or be subject to a rescheduling fee, at the provider’s discretion.

Medical & Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Fees may be waived at the discretion of Re:Invent Health NYC for documented medical emergencies or situations required under New York consumer protection laws.

Prepaid Services & Packages
• Missed or late-canceled appointments for prepaid services, packages, or memberships may result in forfeiture of that session.
• Package terms are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
